By downloading, installing, or using FinalCheck ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FinalCheck is a mobile application designed for filmmakers and content creators to manage their gear inventory, plan shoots, create equipment kits, and perform ready/wrap checks before and after productions.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You may also use the App in offline mode without an account.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — managing filmmaking gear and production workflows. You must not:
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of FinalCheck. User-generated content (gear photos, notes, shoot descriptions) remains the property of the user.
FinalCheck includes AI-powered features (kit building, gear identification). These are provided "as is" and may produce inaccurate suggestions. Always verify AI outputs before relying on them for your production.
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you create an account, synced to our cloud infrastructure (Supabase). You may request deletion of your data at any time.
FinalCheck is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost or forgotten gear, missed equipment, or production delays.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
