Delete Your Account

What happens when you delete your account?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account credentials (email, password hash)
• All gear items and associated photos
• All kits and their configurations
• All shoots, briefs, and check history
• Your profile information (name, role, bio, location)

This action is irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.

Data will be removed within 30 days of your request.

Alternative: Sign out and use offline

If you simply want to stop syncing data to the cloud, you can sign out within the App. Your local data will remain on your device, and no further data will be sent to our servers.
